48forty acquires J&B Pallet

Lake City-based J&B Pallet has a new owner.
48forty Solutions of Alpharetta, Ga., a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity, announced on its website that it has acquired J&B Pallet.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
48forty calls itself a “leading national provider of recycled pallets and pallet management services.”
J&B Pallet was established in 1990 by owner and CEO Rick Ziebell, according to the announcement.
