Bluff View fire safety week award winners
Bluff View Elementary School kindergarteners, third graders, and fifth graders recently did fire safety activities and contests with the help of the Lake City Fire Department to mark Fire Prevention Week. In kindergarten, Alexis Tomfohrde won a toy fire truck. Third graders participated in a coloring contest. Fifth graders participated in a fire escape plan contest. No photo of the winners was available because the fifth grade students were in distance learning. Frederick Reckmann won first place. Kadence Meyer won second place.
