Book talk with author Colin Mustful to be at public library

The Lake City Public Library invites the public to a book talk and discussion with Minnesota author Colin Mustful on Thursday, Oct. 24, at 6:30 p.m., at the library.
Mustful returns to the library to discuss his latest book, “Resisting Removal: The Sandy Lake Tragedy of 1850”, a historically detailed account of the 1850 removal efforts that resulted in the relatively unknown Sandy Lake Tragedy. The story also expresses the rich culture and harrowing history of the Ojibwe people.
