Children and Sportsman's club build wood houses for wood ducks

Frontenac Sportsman’s Club invited the Lake City Environmental Learning Program (ELP) youth to join them for a day of service building wood duck houses on Saturday, March 10.

After reviewing some safety rules and teaching the young builders how to use the equipment, they got to work assembling 60 wood duck houses.

The youth were able to bring the houses home and others were distributed to sportsman club members and non-members.
