Coding competitors speak to Kiwanis Club

This week’s Kiwanis speakers were Lincoln junior high students Shawn Hadler, Mason Kerwin, Elliot Kline, Izaiah Johnson and Lincoln High School technologist Chelsea Kerwin, who is the leader of the group.

These student are first place winners in a computer coding competition of the Junior High Coding League which includes schools of all sizes from several surrounding states.

They created a computer game which involved stopping the postman from delivering a poor report card to a family home.
