Fernald is latest to join arts board

Lake City Area Arts (LCAA) has announced the addition of another new board member: Rose Fernald.
“Rose has lived and traveled all over the west coast but was born in Barstow, Calif. She moved to Lake City from Bend, Oregon in 2016 and is the mother of two boys, ages 7 and 4,” the group said in a news release.
She is currently a private chef focusing on holistic nutrition.
