Fire department holds hands-on training for FFA

In celebration of National Agriculture Month, the Lake City Fire Department partnered with the Lake City FFA to provide hands-on safety training. The session equipped students with essential emergency skills relevant to agricultural careers.

Firefighters demonstrated the Jaws of Life, grain bin extrication, first aid, and fire extinguisher use. These skills prepare students for emergencies that can occur in farm settings.
