Founders to depart Railhouse, Coffee Depot
Ten years after they began to develop the idea that would become The Railhouse Grill and Coffee Depot, founders Lisa and Doug Wallerich are stepping aside.
On July 15 they were scheduled to close on a sale of the business to Arlen Stark.
Lisa said the occasion was “bittersweet.”
“It’s been like raising a child,” she said. “Now it’s time to send it off to the world.”
Doug said it was “an amazing run from a little pizza oven in our back yard to serving 100s of people a day.”
