Fundraiser underway for new St. John's playground

St. John’s Parent Teacher Association is in the midst of a multi-year rundraising effort to replace the playground equipment at the school.

There are plans for two sections to be built. The first section would be the preschool playground.

The current area is too small for the number of students we have, St. John’s Principal David Zabel said, and would include a treehouse climbing area, slide, and more.

The second section would be for the kindergarten through eighth graders. It would include a jungle gym.
