Hiawatha Animal Humane Society - Pet of the Week

This sweet little fur buddy is named Smokey and he needs a new loving forever home. He was recently rescued from outside a local apartment building after his former people had moved away and left him behind. He is a five-year-old, declawed silver gray tiger tabby boy.  His fur was in such matted condition a lot of it had to be shaved off. It is growing back nicely now. Smokey is quite mellow. He likes everyone he meets, people of all ages, dogs and other cats are just fine in his eyes. His favorite pass time is watching birds from an (inside) window sill.
