Kiwanis Christmas Project seeks donations
The Lake City Kiwanis Christmas Project is underway.
“Last year, thanks to the generosity of our community, we provided toys, games, books, school supplies and clothing to 52 families with 120 children who live in the Lake City school district,” the club said.
Unrapped toys can be delivered by Dec. 8 to collection boxes at the following sites: VFW, Lake City Fresh Market, Edward Jones Offices, Alliance Bank, Swan Jewelers, Anytime Fitness, and Lake City Federal Bank.
The distribution date will be the third Saturday in December.
