Ligeti joins arts board
Lake City Area Arts (LCAA) has announced another addition to its board of directors.
Cindy Ligeti moved to Lake City to be closer to her family three years ago after retiring from 30 years of teaching, according to a news release.
She was born and raised in Red Wing, attended Mankato State where She earned a B.S. in art education and later moved to California where she taught both art and biology in the Oak Park Unified School District.
During her 30 years of teaching she served on multiple committees, according to a news release.
