National Night Out is Tuesday, Aug. 6
The Lake City Police Department is encouraging residents to participate in National Night Out on Tuesday, Aug. 6, by hosting or attending neighborhood gatherings.
“Don’t miss out on this opportunity to meet local law enforcement, EMS or firefighters, enjoy a variety of fun activities, and build a stronger, more connected community. Whether you’re hosting a block party, a cookout, or simply meeting in a local park, we want every gathering to be part of this nationwide celebration,” the department said in a Facebook post.
