Public library offers program on Medicare

The Lake City Public Library invites the public to learn more about the ABCDs of Medicare on Tuesday, Sept. 24, at 5:30 p.m. at the library.
Jerry Roberts, information and assistance specialist at Senior LinkAge Line will be on hand to provide non-biased information on Medicare. For example, attendees will learn when and how to sign up for Medicare, what it covers, health and drug coverage options, and what happens if someone chooses to do nothing.
Time for questions and answers will also be available throughout the event.
