Roberts awarded Gold Leaf for accomplishments at state park

Harry Roberts has been awarded the Gold Leaf in recognition of his many hours of service to Frontenac State Park, the Frontenac State Park Association announced recently.

The award was presented by Brian Schreiber, president of Frontenac State Park Association on Aug. 19.

The leaf will be added to the Frontenac State Park Wall of Honor located in the park picnic shelter.

Roberts was the Frontenac State Park manager from 1987 until his retirement in 2013. He has been an active member of the Frontenac State Park Association since 2015.
