Summer lunch program not yet at break-even point

A representative of the school district’s food service provider gave an upbeat assessment of the school district’s summer lunch program, while acknowledging that participation lags behind a neighboring school district.

“In 32 days we have served 2,800 meals. You can’t complain about that,” Brian Wright of Lunchtime Solutions told the school board at its July 23 meeting.
