SWCD tree sale underway

The Wabasha Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) annual tree sale is still underway, with plenty of trees left to pick from. The SWCD offers a selection of more than twenty-five tree and shrub species which includes pines, spruce, maples, oaks, birch, and many more.

Trees come in bundles of 25 bareroot seedlings, which range in height from roughly 6 inches to 18 inches and are all sourced from regional nurseries. Those looking for a fewer number of trees might consider splitting a bundle with friends, family, or neighbors.
