Toy store opens downtown

When Katie and Justin Novak rented space at 104 E. Lyon Ave. to open a toy store, they expected to paint and be open within a month.
That isn’t how it worked out.
“It’s snowballed into something we never planned on,” Justin said.
First, Michelle Larson, who was then with the Chamber of Commerce, told them she thought the original flooring might still be intact underneath the carpet.
