War stories passed down through generations

Editor’s Note: Lake City resident and World War II vet Paul Miller passed away May 23 at age 94. What follows is a 2006 article written by his then 15-year-old great-granddaughter Analisa Anderson (nee Frohwein) based on an interview with Miller about his wartime experiences. Anderson is the daughter of Lisa Kettunen and grand-daughter of Carol Van Houten of Lake City.
