On Saturday, Aug. 18 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Lake City, will host the first ever “Float-A-Palooza’ on Lake Pepin.
“Lake City is excited to host this fun event that focuses on getting people who don’t own boats out on our beautiful lake,” said Mark Nichols, mayor of Lake City.
Float-a-palooza, a celebration of the trendy floating pads (and other flotation devices), is coming to the marina beach area near Ohuta Park on Saturday, Aug. 18, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Float-a-palooza is free for all ages and will feature music, food, giveaways, and more.
