911 outage in Wabasha County

911 lines in Wabasha County were down for hours the night of Sunday, Jan. 19, according to the Wabasha County Sheriff’s Office.

“The Wabasha County Sheriff’s Office is confirming that on Jan. 19 at approximately 2311 hours the 911 emergency lines went down and were not working. The 911 caller would only hear a slow busy signal in the event they called at this time,” the Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.
