Corps meeting highlights complexity of lakefront development

Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, Army Corps of Engineers, Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, Minnesota Department of Transportation, City of Lake City officials -- Lake City Mayor Mark Nichols estimates about 22 people attended a meeting at the Army Corps’ St. Paul Offices Nov. 10 initiated by the city.
Encouraged by the response from members of a legislative bonding committee, city officials moved quickly to organize the meeting.
