County board approves tentative deal with dispatchers and jailers
Wabasha County Commissioners on Jan. 3 approved a tentative 2023-2025 Dispatch/Jailers Collective Bargaining Agreement.
The Wabasha County Negotiation Team met in negotiations with the Dispatcher/Jailer bargaining unit and the parties reached a tentative agreement.
County Administrator Michael Plante said there will be cost of living (COLA) adjustments of 5 percent in 2023 and 3 percent in 2024 and 2025. The County is also adding an additional pay scale grade step’ in years 2023 and 2025.
