Highway 60 is reopened

Highway 60 in Goodhue and Wabasha counties near Mazeppa reopened to traffic Friday, Sept. 4 after construction to replace two bridges was completed, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT).
Highway 60 was closed in both directions near Mazeppa in June and traffic was detoured during the project.
Motorists using the road should be alert to workers in the area of the bridges and slow down when workers are present. There is still finishing work to be completed, but traffic is open.
