Peters re-elected to head SMART

At their 2015 annual fall meeting, the members of the Southeastern Minnesota Association of Regional Trails (SMART) board, elected officers for the 2016 business year.
Re-elected to the executive committee were Andru Peters, president, Lake City (Wabasha County); Susie Peterson, vice president, Albert Lea (Freeborn County); Dick Leonard, treasurer, Mantorville (Dodge County); and Carlos Espinosa, secretary, Winona (Winona County).
