Sheriff’s office: Unconscious man in vehicle just napping

Emergency services responded to a call on Frontenac Pond the morning of Jan. 21 of a male passed out in a running vehicle.
According to the Goodhue County Sheriff’s Office, one of the responding agencies, the person was just having a nap in the vehicle.
