Temporary county road closures at railroad crossings announced
CPKC Rail is planning for several road closures on Wabasha County Highways, including one in Lake City, according to the Wabasha County Highway Department. During periods of closures, traffic must use alternate routes. Roads will be closed to all traffic at the railroad crossing. This work is being scheduled and performed by the CPKC Rail. Dates are subject to change.
Tentative schedule:
• County Road 84 (by Weaver/Hwy. 61): Close May 17. Reopen May 20.
• County Road 84 (by Kellogg): Close May 29. Reopen June 2.
