Wabasha County Board endorses Community Supervision Work Group

Wabasha County Board members on March 7 approved a resolution endorsing the efforts of the Community Supervision Work Group.

The group, assembled by The Association of Minnesota Counties with participation from the Department of Corrections, County Probation, and Community Corrections, works to develop a single funding formula to support the needs of those groups.

The Board also urged the state legislature to pass a new funding formula and significant appropriation during this year’s legislative session.
