Wabasha County tax-forfeited land sale is Dec. 20

Wabasha County Commissioners on Nov. 15 approved a public sale date for land forfeited to the state of Minnesota due to non-payment of taxes.

County Chief Deputy Auditor/Treasurer Francie Warren will hold the sale at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 20 in the Commissioner’s Room at the Wabasha County Courthouse. The parcels, classified as non-conservation land, will be sold for not less than the basic sale price, according to online information.
