Frontenac mobile home park gets permit

An odd set of events has left David  Bye and his son in a difficult situation. Members of a former Goodhue County Board approved a site to build a home relatively close to the Bye’s farm in Rosco Township. Now, when he wants to expand his feedlot, Bye can’t, because he is not 1,000 feet from that site.
