Betty Bremer obituary

Betty Jane Bremer, age 94, passed away peacefully on June 14, 2025. Born June 17, 1930, in Lake City, Minn., she was the daughter of Florence and Henry Peters.
A graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Agriculture, Betty married Walter F. Bremer in 1950. They farmed in Lake City before moving to Bayport, Minn., Colorado Springs, Colo., Aurora, Colo., and eventually Stillwater, Minn.
Betty was a devoted homemaker and worked in hospitality and retail, known for her warmth and dedication. She was active in her church, loved gardening, sports, travel, and cherished time with family.
She is survived by her five children: Monica Gilbert, Gail Hubbard, Bruce Bremer (Regina), Karen Rand (Doug), and Darlene Bosking (Bill); seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sister-in-law Rita Steffenhagen (Gary); and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband Walter, her parents and siblings.
Betty will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Funeral Service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, June 20 at Salem Lutheran Church, 14940 62nd St. N., Stillwater, with visitation one hour prior. Interment at Salem Lutheran Cemetery.
