Jon Carlson Obituary

    Jon C. Carlson, 59, North Tonawanda, N.Y., passed away Friday, March 23, 2018 at the Hospice Hospital after a battle with ALS.  
    Jon was born in Lake City to Ralph and Jean (Copp) Carlson Dec. 5, 1958.  He graduated from Lincoln High School  and Mayo School of Respiratory Therapy.  He was director of Respiratory Therapy at Mercy Hospital in Buffalo, N.Y. for many years until ALS struck.
    He is survived by his wife, Jennifer; triplets, Mark (Lauren), Matthew (Christie) and Meghan (Matt); daughters, Danielle and Sarah; granddaughter, Riley; his mother, Jean, Lowell, Mich.; brothers, Jim (Tish), of Norcross, Ga., Jerry (Colette) of St. Cloud, Minn., Jeff (Donna) of Belmont, Mich. and Dr. Jay (Robin) of Republic, Mo.; and in-laws, Bob and Fran Isaacs, North Tonawanda, N.Y.
    As per his wishes he was cremated and a memorial service was held on April 2 in North Tonawanda, N.Y.  His ashes will be buried at a later date at Thousand Island, N.Y where the family vacationed for many years.
