Marguerite Collister obituary

Marguerite M. Collister, 98, of Lake City, Minn. and formerly of Wabasha, died Saturday, Nov. 7, 2020, at Elysian Senior Homes of Lake City.
Marguerite Mallet was born Feb. 28, 1922, in Bussiere-Poitevine, France to Urbain and Anais (Fayolle) Mallet.  She graduated from high school in Paris, France.  Marguerite came to the United States in 1946 and became a U.S. Citizen after her marriage to Richard Collister on April 22, 1946.  Together they raised a son, Richard “Rick”.  Richard preceded her in death in 1988 and her son in 2004.
She is survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son and four siblings.
A funeral liturgy was held.  Interment was at St. Felix Cemetery, Wabasha, Minn.
