Patricia Wright Obituary

Patricia A. (Glomski) Wright passed away Friday, Aug. 2, 2019 after a brief stay at the Lake City Care Center, she was 71 years old.
She lived with her sister, Cindy, the past few years due to medical problems.  Pat was a fun-loving, very spirited, sassy person who showed all of that to every person she knew or didn't know.  In her younger years she loved traveling and adventure.  Before settling down in Lake City, she lived in Portland, Washington and Alaska.  Pat loved to cook, you could always find her at her stove whenever you stopped in to visit with her.  She loved sharing all of her treats with Lake City Federal Bank employees and her favorite mechanics at Ryan Repair, Lake City Police Department and the crew of Hagedorn's Lake City Recycling.  She loved animals, especially dogs and always dreamed of owning a bunch of land so she could have hundreds of dogs to spoil. The day before she died her little dog Molly was taken to the care center to visit with  her mama and cuddled right on her pillow next to her head.  It was a very, very special moment and made Pat smile which we had not seen in a while.  Pat was married to Lee Nibbe and later divorced.  They had one son, Jason Nibbe.  She later married Lloyd Wright whom passed away six months after they were married.
She is survived by her son, Jason (Beth), whom she loved so very much; two sisters, Cindy Boie and Michelle Holman and Homer; two brothers, Phil (Lori) Glomski and Steve (Mary Dawn) Glomski; and many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews; and her dearest of friends, Mary and Rick and Scott and Linda; last but not least her precious little fur baby Miss Molly, whom Aunt Cindy has now adopted.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Philip and Margaret Glomski; her husband, Lloyd Wright; and her brother-in-law, Denny Boie.
There will be a Celebration of Life at the VFW in Lake City from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 10.  Please join us to say "Until we meet again" to a very much loved mother, sister and aunt.
