Raymond (Ray) St. Martin, 74, of Lake City, passed away on Thursday, Oct. 4, 2018.
He owned Rouletti’s Pizza for 10 years and served on the Planning Commission, Charter Commission, and the City Council of Lake City.
Ray is survived by his wife, Lynn; three sisters; one brother; two daughters; two step-sons; and 10 grandchildren.
