The older I get the more important the creature comforts become.
Camping used to mean a sleeping bag under the stars. That was back when I was asked to assume the task of girl scout leader. In those days you didn’t need much training, today it’s much more complicated.Growing up in a large family instilled common sense and basic survival skills.
Whitewater State Park was close, that’s where we chose to spend our first overnight.
