Letter: City's succses born out of collaboration

To the editor:
I read with fascination and pride the Lake City Mayor Mark Nichols’ letter to the Graphic, dated Jan. 4, outlining the accomplishments of 2017 and the goals for 2018.
There were many victories, both small and large; and they were won not only through individual efforts but also, even mainly, by the collective and cooperative work of many -- city staff and active citizens.
