Letter: The good old days are older than you think

To the editor:

It’s a strange feeling when people talk about the good old days and you remember them as an adult.

WWII brought about a drastic change in Lake City.

When I look at “You Grew Up in Lake City” on Facebook most of the stories and pictures happened after I graduated in 1944.

The 1950s and ‘60s Are the good old days.

I have to keep reminding myself that I’ve outlived two generations.
