In 1960 George Harding invented a device that has been available to all and used by many during summers over the past 66 years. It has been referred to as the Plastic Palace, the Temporary Throne and the Blue Biffy. We know them as Port-A-Potties and instantly recognize the blue plastic outhouse shaped structures. We find them at car shows, county fairs and other outdoor gatherings.
