NOTICE: Open Book Appeal - The Board of Appeal and Equalization for the Zumbro Falls City will be open from April 10, 2023, to May 12, 2023. Contact the Assessor’s Office for an appointment Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4 p.m.. Phone 651-565-3669 or email LBAE@co.wabasha.mn.us. The purpose of this meeting is to determine whether taxable property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued and classified by the assessor, and to determine if corrections need to be made.
