Zumbro Township Board of Appeal 2023

Notice to Zumbro Township Residents: Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeal of the Township of Zumbro in Wabash County, MN is scheduled for Wednesday the 12th day of April, 2023 from 6:30-7 p.m.  This will be held at Hammond City Hall. The purpose of the meeting is to determine whether taxable property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued and classified by the assessor, and to determine whether corrections need to be made. All persons considering themselves aggrieved by said assessment, or who wish to complain that the property of another is assessed too low, are hereby notified to appear at said meeting and show cause of having such assessment corrected. No complaint that another person is assessed too low will be acted upon until the person so assessed, or his agent, shall have been notified of such complaint.
