Boys are outplayed by strong John Marshall squad
Matthew Hurt had 33 points, including the 3,000th of his decorated high school career as Rochester John Marshall defeated Lake City 69-48 in the 2018 Rochester Rotary Holiday Classic. Hurt added 11 rebounds and three assists, while shooting 14 of 26 from the field to lead the Rockets to victory.
The Tigers recovered from a slow start as Nathan Heise scored six of the first nine Lake City points, including a three-point play that gave the Tigers their only lead of the game at 9-8 with 12:41 to play in the opening half.
