Boys golfers compete in dual and at first HVL meet

The Lake City boys varsity golf team had a full slate of competition this week, with a 9-hole dual against Breck on April 30 at the prestigious Woodhill Country Club. The Tigers performed well in the matchup, led by junior Portland Grobe, who fired a 1-over-par 37. Senior Braxton Berlin followed with a 38, junior Alex Ratz carded a 39, and eighth grader Lane Grobe posted a 41.
