Boys soccer loses close matches as they head into playoffs

The Lake City Tigers boys soccer program finished their final week of regular season games. Varsity played against Cannon Falls last Thursday and completed a make-up game against Pine Island-Zumbrota-Mazeppa (PIZM) on Friday. The team lost to Cannon Falls 2-1.
Lake City’s goal was scored by junior midfielder Aidan Palmer.
The varsity team stepped up the competition against PIZM. They lost 2-1 in overtime with the goal scored by Andrew Green on the assist from Aidan Palmer.
