Continued success for cross country teams
The Lake City harriers got their first look at the Hiawatha Valley League (HVL) conference meet course against Byron and Lourdes, and it was to their liking as they won four of the five team races. They also had two individual champs, and four second place finishers.
The boys’ varsity continued to be undefeated as did the girls’ junior varsity. The girls’ varsity hasn’t been beaten over 5000 meters, and the girls’ junior high won their second meet in a row.
