Girls romp Lewiston-Altura

The Lake City Tigers girls basketball team won big over Lewiston-Altura (L-A) Jan. 4 at home, 73.37.
The Tigers came out strong with a 12-0 run just three minutes into the game, causing L-A to take a time out.  The Tigers played great defense and caused L-A to turn the ball over several times during the first half. Lake City was able to covert those turnovers into points.
With 10:05 to go in the first half the Tigers took a 20 point lead. They went into the locker room up by 34.
