Heitman helps lead Tigers to 2nd place with two firsts
The Lake City Tigers boy’s track and field team stayed at home on Monday night and finished second with 77 team points, which trailed the winning team of Pine Island scoring 135.5 total team points.
The relay team of Joey Kozlowski, Nash Nelson, Carl Rol and Gavin Siewert finished third in the 4x800 with a time of 9:54.35. The 4x200 relay team of Brady Schurhammer, Andrew Green, Charles Johnson and Austin Veronen finished first with a time of 1:41.97. The 4x100 relay team of Jeremy Nguyen, Ethan Heitman, Ethan Bany and Brady Schurhammer finished first with a time of 46.84.
