JV wrestlers compete in Wabasha-Kellogg tourney

The Tiger’s junior varsity (JV) wrestlers participated in their opening tournament this past weekend in Wabasha. Thirteen of the young Tiger wrestlers traveled south to compete against several southeast Minnesota schools including Plainview, Kasson-Mantorville, La Crescent, Hastings, and St. Charles.
After three tough weeks of practice the grapplers were more than ready to tangle with someone from outside of Lake City. It showed in the effort and attitude with which they competed all day long.
