Lake City baseball falls 6-0 to Stewartville

The Lake City High School Tiger baseball team fell behind early and couldn’t come back in a 6-0 loss to Stewartville on Monday.

Stewartville scored runs in five different innings. Stewartville collected seven hits on the day and drew six bases on balls.

Lake City was limited to three hits, a double by Riley Forbes in the fourth inning along with singles by Karch Hegge and Max Balow.

Stewartville pitcher Eli Klavetter struck out three and walked one batter in a complete game victory.
