Matanich named All Conference Norse baseball
Joshua Matanich, a 2019 graduate of Lincoln High School and member of the Luther College baseball team, was named to the American Rivers Conference 2025 all-conference baseball team as a first-team honoree. This is the second time in as many years he has been so honored.
Matanich, who started all 42 games at first base, completed the year leading the Norse with a batting average of .383. He tallied a team best 64 hits that included nine doubles and eight home runs and drove in 43 runs. He also led the team with a .581 slugging percentage.
